Shipping Policy
At Pallet Flow Liquidation, we aim to make shipping clear, reliable, and hassle-free. Since we specialize in liquidation pallets and wholesale inventory, shipping works a bit differently than standard online orders. This policy explains what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Where We Ship
We currently ship liquidation pallets and wholesale lots throughout the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on inventory location and carrier access. International shipping may be available upon request.
How Liquidation Pallets Are Shipped
Most orders are shipped via freight shipping due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets. Depending on your order, we use:
• LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight
• Full truckload freight
• Standard carriers for smaller boxed lots
All shipments are professionally packaged and secured to minimize transit damage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for liquidation pallets are based on:
• Pallet size and weight
• Delivery location
• Freight carrier rates
• Additional services (liftgate, residential delivery, limited access locations)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalized.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to carrier availability.
Delivery Requirements
Because liquidation pallets are delivered by freight carriers:
• A commercial address with a loading dock or forklift is recommended
• If you do not have unloading equipment, liftgate service can be requested (additional fees may apply)
• Residential deliveries may incur extra charges
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
Freight shipping times vary by location. Most liquidation pallet deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on distance and carrier schedules.
Carrier delays caused by weather, traffic, or logistics issues are outside of our control.
Inspecting Your Shipment
We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment at the time of delivery.
• Check for visible damage before signing
• Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt
• Take clear photos if damage is present
If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a freight claim if applicable.
Shipping Damage & Claims
While we take every precaution to secure shipments, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Claims related to shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours and include photos or videos for documentation.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Pallet Flow Liquidation is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
