Understanding Liquidation Sales
All products sold by Pallet Flow Liquidation are liquidation, surplus, overstock, shelf-pulls, or customer returns sourced from major retailers. Because of this, items may vary in condition and are sold at deeply discounted prices.
For this reason, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do stand behind our listings and will always treat customers fairly.
Item Condition & Product Descriptions
We make every effort to:
• Clearly describe pallet and lot conditions
• Label items as new, like-new, used, untested, or mixed condition
• Provide accurate photos and manifests whenever available
Please note that minor cosmetic wear, missing accessories, or packaging damage is common in liquidation inventory and does not qualify as a defect.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong pallet or lot
• Items arrived with significant damage caused during shipping
• The pallet or lot is materially different from the description provided
If you believe your order qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, we do not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Unsold or slow-moving inventory
• Condition-related issues clearly stated in the listing
• Pallets or lots sold as-is or untested
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
• Refunds may be issued as a full refund, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Your order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem
